Cornwallis Court staff build skills to enhance support for residents

Two members of staff, Taibat and Ionela at Cornwallis Court, in Bury St Edmunds, have recently completed RMBI Care Co.’s Carer Development Programme.

The programme is designed to support carers in developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence, helping them to provide the highest standard of care while supporting their own professional growth. Throughout the programme, participants take part in structured learning, practical development, and reflective practice, enabling them to build on their existing experience and prepare for future opportunities in the care sector.

Claire Dodd, RMBI Care Co.’s Assistant Director for Learning and Development, said:
