RMBI Care Co. celebrates its long-awaited annual conference

The charity held its annual conference on 26 and 27 October 2023 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, in Birmingham. The event, whose main theme was From ordinary to extraordinary, brought together staff members at Home, Regional and Head Office level as well as the charity’s Trustees.
The conference highlighted RMBI Care Co.’s achievements, innovation and built strengths. It also gave staff members the opportunity to exchange knowledge and share insights on numerous topics, from Quality & Governance to Finance & HR, Care Operations and Marketing, among others.
To end on a high note, the charity celebrated its awards ceremony to acknowledge the achievements, performance and career highlights of several staff members. The categories included ‘Outstanding’ CQC Achievement, Highest Rated Home on Carehome.co.uk, Sustainability, EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) Team of the Year and Special Recognition.
