Shannon Court’s Business Manager wins big at the Great British Care Awards

Steve Stace, Business Manager at Shannon Court, in Surrey, has obtained the Care Home Registered Manager award for the South East region at the Great British Care Awards.

The awards ceremony, which took place on 17 November 2023 in Brighton, paid tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work in the care sector.

Steve Stace says:

I feel immense pride in receiving this award. I want to thank our Managing Director, Mark LLoyd, and RMBI Care Co. for believing in me and for the opportunities they have given me. Even more so for me, it is the team that you build around you that supports you to achieve your goals.

The Business Manager also highlights the importance of this award for the care home, Shannon Court, in Hindhead, Surrey.

For the Home, it puts us further on the map as a service that puts our residents and their families first. It is the residents’ Home, which we have the pleasure of working in each day to support their golden years.

At shortlisting stage, RMBI Care Co. submitted a total of seven award entries, which resulted in an equal number of nominees for several categories and regions.
