Nora Haines, Training Manager at Barford Court, in Hove, has been recognised for her exceptional work in staff training and development. She was presented with an award for ‘Outstanding Performance in Training and Development’ by Managing Director Mark Lloyd on behalf of the charity.
The award acknowledges her hard work and commitment involved in delivering high-quality training to care staff. Nora Haines highlighted the importance of teamwork in achieving this success and thanked Home Manager Gavin Kingham and the entire team at Barford Court, symbolically sharing the award with them. She said:
This isn’t just a personal achievement as the whole team has contributed to winning this award,” she said. “We can proudly say that Barford Court achieved a 100% compliance with training twice in 2024.
