Resident Caroline, has always had a deep love for horses. Recently feeling unwell, Caroline’s mood was lifted in the most special way when the team arranged for her to spend time with one of her favourite animals.
Understanding how meaningful this connection is to her, colleagues worked together to organise a visit that would bring comfort, familiarity and joy. The result was a truly touching experience, as Caroline was able to see and interact with the horse up close, an experience that sparked smiles and a clear sense of happiness.
