Prince Michael of Kent Court residents showcase creativity in inspiring art exhibition

Residents at Prince Michael of Kent Court, in Watford (Hertfordshire), have recently showcased their creativity in a vibrant art exhibition, celebrating months of artistic achievement.
The Home welcomed guests to view an impressive collection of artwork created by residents over the past six months. The event also invited visitors to take part in the creative process themselves, making for an interactive and engaging experience that strengthened the local community.
The exhibition highlighted the important role art plays in daily life at Prince Michael of Kent Court, where creative activities are used to support residents’ wellbeing. A wide variety of pieces were on display, including traditional and well-known prints alongside abstract, textured and sensory artwork.

Thanks to a donation from the Middlesex Shooting Sports Lodge, Prince Michael of Kent Court has also enhanced its environment with new artwork. These pieces have been carefully placed throughout different areas of the Home to create engaging focal points and further enrich residents’ day-to-day experiences.
Residents cheerfully shared their enthusiasm for the sessions, saying: “We really enjoy the art classes. It’s wonderful to see everyone’s work displayed and to feel proud of what we’ve created!”
