Karen Salley, Operations Director at RMBI Care Co., has retired after almost 10 years with the charity.

During her time, Karen has led the Care Operations Team to ensure residents continue to receive the highest quality of care, whilst keeping our services compliant, and driving innovative ways to meet residents’ individual needs.

Under her leadership, RMBI Care Co. has achieved several ‘Outstanding’ rated Homes with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and good results with the Homes registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). The charity has gained recognition with prestigious awards schemes, including:

Russell Evans takes on the role as Interim Operations Director and brings with him 11 years of experience in his previous role as South Regional Operations Manager at RMBI Care Co.

Russell says:

I’m looking forward to working more closely with each of our care homes and finding creative solutions to meet our residents’ care needs now and in the future.
