Health and Safety is a fundamental part of delivering excellent care and as such, RMBI Care Co. will continually align with our regulators’ requirements and Government guidance where appropriate and proportionate.

In order to support us in ensuring the Health and Safety of our residents, we ask that if you are unwell, particularly if you have a respiratory infection or cold/flu-like symptoms, that you try to avoid visiting one of our Homes, as this will reduce the risk of such an infection being passed to our residents, who are particularly vulnerable.

We also ask that whenever you visit one of our Homes, that you observe good hand hygiene practices by washing your hands before undertaking any visit with residents, as well as throughout your visit at regular intervals.

We continue to work hard to ensure the safety of our residents, staff and visitors by maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control, and we ask that our visitors support us in this by maintaining high standards hand hygiene.

If you see something that presents a risk to any person within one of our Homes, please feel free to raise this with a member of staff, who will be happy to assist you. If you are unable to do this at the time, you can also inform us through our website, using the Maintenance Request Form.
