Complaints

We aim to provide the highest standard of care in each of our care homes. If you feel something is not right, please do let us know as soon as possible by raising your concern with the Home Manager at your local Home, or you can complete our online complaints form.

We also have comment cards in each of our Homes, if you prefer to make your complaint or concern in writing. If you would like details of RMBI Care Co.’s Complaints policy, please ask the Home Manager. If you are unhappy with a response to a complaint you have made, you can raise any concerns with the Local Government Ombudsman, which looks at complaints about councils and adult social care providers in a fair and independent way:
