Returning to normal times

Message from our Managing Director, Mark LLoyd

After nearly two years, RMBI Care Co. is preparing to return to some degree of normality, with all our Homes currently open for admissions. Our charity has been resilient throughout the pandemic and we are fortunate to have such a committed and dedicated workforce, who continue to offer such good care and support for our residents and their families.

We will continue to monitor the Government guidance closely for care homes in England and Wales, as we return safely and as quickly as we can to welcome family visits, support our residents back into their communities, and enjoy family home visits. We now retain a fully vaccinated workforce and will continue to undertake Lateral Flow Tests and wear Personal Protective Equipment for the foreseeable future, to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our Homes.

I would like to thank all our residents and families for their support during the pandemic and commend our staff teams, volunteers, the Association of Friends and the Masonic community for their truly amazing work in these unprecedented times. As a provider of good quality care including dementia and nursing services, we look forward to returning to normality in 2022.
