RMBI Care Co. has achieved an award following its fifth employee engagement survey in 2023, where all staff were asked their views and opinions about working for the charity.
Survey partner, Agenda Consulting, presented the award to RMBI Care Co. for achieving a response rate of over 50% and an engagement score above 80%. Sixty percent of staff shared their views, which included almost 900 staff members at all levels across 17 care homes, head office and regionally.
Amongst the results, 82% of staff who responded said they would recommend the charity as a good place to work – 12% higher compared to similar benchmarked companies and 1% higher than the previous survey in 2019.
Other results revealed:
- 93% positive responses and an increase of 9% since 2019 for “I am fully aware of the range of benefits I am offered”
- 80% positive responses and an increase of 9% since 2019 for “My Manager promotes a good spirit within the team”
- 77% positive responses and an increase of 8% for “I feel my Manager has time to talk and listen to any challenges I face”
- 77% positive responses and an increase of 7% for “The management team in my Home/Department inspire me to do my best”
