RMBI Care Co. announces strong results and annual impact

RMBI Care Co. has announced strong financial results for the year ending 31 March 2025, alongside the release of its annual impact report.

The charity operates 16 care homes providing residential care, nursing and residential dementia care for older people, and one care home supports adults with learning disabilities.

Managing Director Mark LLoyd comments:

RMBI Care Co.’s positive performance over the last year reflects the tireless efforts by our staff, who work exceptionally hard each and every day to support the residents within our care.

We reported a 5% increase in revenue over the last year (2024/25) and, at year-end, our EBITDA reached £3.1 million. This represents a substantial year-on-year increase of 225%, compared to £961k the previous year.

Alongside financial performance, the charity marks 100% compliance across all Homes in its portfolio. This means that every Home is rated ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’ with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or ‘Excellent/Fully compliant’ with Care Inspectorate Wales.

The Great British Care Awards have also recognised several staff members, including Home Manager Nina Stephens of Prince George Duke of Kent Court as National Registered Home Manager in March 2025, and several regional winners: Clinical Nurse Manager, London (Tonya Bibby, James Terry Court); Dementia Carer, North West (Simon Doherty, The Tithebarn); and Registered Home Manager, East region (Denise O’Brien, Cornwallis Court.)
