The charity held its annual conference on 21 and 22 November 2024 at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, in Birmingham. The event, whose main theme was The art of great care, brought together staff members at Home, Regional and Head Office level as well as the charity’s Trustees.
The conference highlighted RMBI Care Co.’s achievements, innovation and built strengths. It also gave staff members the opportunity to exchange knowledge and share insights on numerous topics, such as the challenges and opportunities of dementia care, staff wellbeing, latest technologies to support care, environmental wellbeing, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), among others.
To end on a high note, the charity celebrated its awards ceremony to acknowledge the achievements, performance and career highlights of several staff members. The categories included Dementia Achievement, Innovation, Person-Centred Approaches in Nursing Care and Highest Rated Home on carehome.co.uk.
