RMBI Care Co. achieves Disability Confident Committed status

RMBI Care Co. is proud to announce that it has been officially recognised as a Disability Confident Committed Employer (Level 1) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
Endorsed by the Department for Work and Pensions, the scheme supports employers to become more inclusive by providing the knowledge, skills and confidence to attract, recruit, retain and develop people living with a disability in the workplace. This accreditation marks an important step in RMBI Care Co.’s ongoing commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion across its services.
The recognition provides access to practical tools, guidance and support to help the charity widen its recruitment pool and ensure people with disabilities and those with health conditions have equitable opportunities to thrive within the organisation.
