RMBI Care Co. shortlisted for HR Excellence Awards 2021

RMBI Care Co. has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2021 HR Excellence Awards.

The charity’s HR team submitted nominations in two award categories: Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy, and Best Crisis Management Strategy.

Entries for the awards were open nationally to both public and not-for-profit organisations. RMBI Care Co. has been nominated alongside established companies and organisations such as Transport for London, Mercedes Benz, Bank of Ireland and Norfolk County Council.

Set up by HR Magazine, the awards aim to ‘celebrate the many achievements of organisations and individuals who have pushed the boundaries of people strategy over the last year, despite significant challenges.’ The winners of each category will be announced in a special ceremony in London on 1 December.
