Prince George Duke of Kent Court Home Manager named Care Home Registered Manager at the London Great British Care Awards

Care home manager Nina Stephens has been named winner of the Care Home Registered Manager award for the London region at the Great British Care Awards. The awards ceremony, which took place on 16 November at Hilton Bankside Hotel, in London, paid tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work in the care sector.

Nina has worked at RMBI Care Co., which operates 17 care homes in England and Wales for older people, for over 30 years. She has led as Home Manager at Prince George Duke of Kent Court, in Chislehurst, since 2022.

Nina’s mantra is that staff and visitors are guests in residents’ Homes, and the primary goal is to provide the highest standards of care to support individual needs. She says:

Our residents play a big part in the decision-making of our Home, whether it’s recruitment, menu choices or general Home decoration. We value everybody’s opinion. It’s an absolute honour and delight to receive this award on behalf of the whole team at Prince George Duke of Kent Court.
