Having served RMBI Care Co. for almost nine years, Mark LLoyd has made the difficult decision to step down as Managing Director at RMBI Care Co.
“It has been a great privilege to work alongside such dedicated, passionate and hardworking teams, and I believe our charity is currently in a strong position,” said Mark, announcing his decision. “With my family, I feel the time is right to step down from full-time employment.”
During Mark’s leadership, RMBI Care Co.’s reputation in the social care sector has progressed immensely, which is reflected in the multiple awards received in various Homes and other areas of the organisation. A new development programme has also commenced during this time, with one new-build Home completed and another Home currently underway.
Mark adds:
I am humbled by the professional, kind and caring service provided by our staff to residents, their families, and each other every day. I believe this has set a solid foundation for my successor to take the charity to the next stage.
Mark will step down as Managing Director in June 2025.
John Boyington CBE, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, said: “We are obviously saddened that Mark will be stepping down but completely understand his wish to move to the next stage of his life.
Mark has been a tremendous asset to RMBI Care Co., providing exceptional leadership, compassion and care for all who are touched by its services.
“We look forward to continuing to work with him over the next few months to retain the excellence of service that his efforts have helped to create and to celebrate his achievements as our Managing Director.
