RMBI Care Co. wins ‘Three R’s’ Award at the London region Great British Care Awards

RMBI Care Co. is celebrating after winning the ‘Three R’s Award’ in the 2025 Great British Care Awards for the London region. The awards ceremony, which took place on 15 November at the Hilton Bankside, in London, paid tribute to individuals and organisations who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work in the care sector.
The Three R’s category recognises those who have embraced innovative approaches to recruitment, retention, and recognition. The judges were looking for strategies that attract top talent, celebrate workplace excellence, and ensure a highly motivated, skilled workforce.
RMBI Care Co. was praised for excelling in “recruitment, retention, and recognition through its values-based approach.” The judges stated: “From inclusive on boarding involving residents to a strong buddy and mentoring system, they foster belonging and growth.
