We’re thrilled to be recognised as a ‘Top 20 Home’ in our local area. Our residents mean the world to us and we feel proud and privileged to do what we do. We couldn’t have achieve this award without our wonderful team, who go over and above every day to support the residents within our care.
A son of a resident on carehome.co.uk commented:
The moment I entered Prince Michael of Kent Court, I felt I wasn’t in a care home. I would liken it more to a warm and welcoming cosy rural hotel. How they’ve created such a family feeling atmosphere, I don’t know exactly, but it feels like a “home” to me, not a facility.
I dreaded having to move my mum into a care home, but since being there she’s settled in wonderfully. She seems happier than before and is always dressed in nice clean clothes, and she loves the food!
